Live Superworms — All Sizes

Live Zophobas morio (also listed as Zophobas atratus) superworms. A large, soft-bodied, high-energy feeder, sorted by size and packed fresh for shipping.

Choosing a size

• Small — juvenile bearded dragons, larger geckos and skinks
• Medium — adult bearded dragons, blue-tongue skinks and larger lizards
• Large — adult bearded dragons, monitors, tegus and other large lizards

A treat, not a staple

Superworms are higher in fat than mealworms, discoid roaches and hornworms, and work best as part of a varied diet rather than an everyday feeder. That same energy density is what makes them useful for an animal that needs to put weight on. See the Superworm Nutrition Guide.

Keeping them

Do not refrigerate. Unlike mealworms, cold kills superworms. Keep them at room temperature in a ventilated container with a shallow layer of bran or oats, and a slice of carrot or potato for moisture. Full instructions are in the Superworm Care & Storage guide.

Live bait
